James & Ernie are award-winning Native American comedians, motivational speakers, and sober-living advocates who have spent more than a decade inspiring audiences across the United States and Canada. Their unique blend of heartfelt storytelling, relatable humor, and powerful personal testimony has earned them a reputation for delivering "healing medicine" through comedy. Named Comedians of the Year at the 2009 North American Indigenous Image Awards, they have performed at premier events, casinos, schools, conferences, and the world-renowned Kennedy Center. As husbands, fathers, and proud Native American men, James & Ernie use laughter to encourage hope, resilience, and the power of living a sober, drug-free, and abuse-free life.
Born Jalen Junes ( DJ Dysfunction) in a wave of music, I play everything from the 50s to today's hits. Driven by a love of sharing music with others, I have been DJing for four years. I travel across the U.S. and am determined to keep people happy on the dance floor. To bring memories of throwbacks to the 70s and 80s and 90s, 2000s and 2010s and throw in two step and make any event you hire me for, a memorable one.
